The retailer is charged a flat £1 fee for every order submitted regardless of size.
How do I calculate how much I will pay?
We automatically monitor all received customer orders* with the teeqer tracking system. Each client's Teeq is unique so there is no scope for system error.
*a received order is defined as one that is sent to you by a customer via teeq micro-app.
How do I pay for a teeq micro-app?
Payment is monthly in arrears.
On the first day of the each calendar month, you will receive a report showing the number of orders made via your teeq micro application for the last month along with an invoice for payment.
Payment must be received within 14 days from the invoice being issued.
If payment is not made within 14 days, your app will be disabled on the next 15th day of the month.
Termination of Teeq
You can stop using your Teeq at any time. You will only pay for the orders you have already received. No penalties.
Is it possible to adjust the design of teeq to better suit my requirements?
The teeq micro-app has been designed especially to reduce set up time so it has limited customisation options. Larger scale customisations are possible but will require additional fees. If required we will estimate the time required and provide a quote before starting any customisation work.
Can a teeq micro-app work with my domain?
Yes, but it's available if you have a Business or Enterprise service rate. For freemium (pay for result) links are available on our domain care.teeqer.com/…
I already receive many orders by phone and email - can I use teeq to keep all my order messages in one place (i.e. teeq micro-app)?
Yes! You can use Teeq’s store manager interface to do this by creating a new order on behalf of the customer inside our system. You can track delivery there too.
My shop has a very large product range. Can I upload it to the teeq app automatically in one step (as a file, link, etc.)?
The teeq micro-app is not intended to replace an online store with full functionality and a heavy workload to manage. We would suggest Shopify.com or eqwid.com for a full ecommerce solution. Teeq is better suited to offering a smaller range of your recommended or most popular product categories. This keeps Teeq simple and fast for you and your customers.
Having said that, we are working on an upload function and we will inform our customers when this is ready.
Can I accept bank card payments through teeq?
Yes, we can accept card payments using the Stripe payment system in Europe or the United States. Retailers will need to create a Stripe account and connect it to their teeq micro-app. Other forms of payment are in development.
Can I install a teeq app directly on my online store (like a chatbot?)
We will be introducing this feature but we are not offering it yet as it is currently in testing process. As soon as it is validated we will notify our customers.
